SEATING + CHECK-IN
Please follow signage to the Mezzanine Level to check-in with our team in the lounge. You may enjoy drinks and bar service before heading to the ballroom on the event level.
Not all guests need to be present to check-in.
Doors for the ballroom will open 15 minutes before showtime.
DINING + HOTEL RESERVATIONS
We invite you to dine before or after the show at AHU | MAR or take the elevator home by booking a suite at DUA Miami.
We recommend reservations 1.5 hours before showtime if dining prior to the show.
WHEN TO ARRIVE
You may check-in up to 60 minutes before your showtime to get the best seats, as seating is first come, first served based on your ticket type. Front row is reserved for Premier ticket holders.
VALET + PARKING
Convenient Valet is available at DUA Miami. Please take the entrance off SW 14th Street.
There are also several area garages within short walking distance of the hotel as well.
